Light glows through the windows of an orphanage for children with mental and physical disabilities near the town of Vesnova on April 21, 2006. About 160 boys and girls from 3 to 18 years of age, including about 30 children who are highly dependent, live at the center, which has been in existence for more than 30 years in the remote countryside about 125 miles (200 kilometers) south of the capital Minsk.
